Lucy

She's the smallest cat I have ever had!....She seems to be so super tiny compared to all of the other monsters that live with us!...but I tell you what, Lucy is the one that will defend her point with no holding back ANYTHING; she's the one that very quickly lets you have a piece of her mind and the sweetest thing when she's allowed to express herself.

Only one indoor female in our household...but she's all we need!

Blake

This cat is my middle child's evil twin....they are just so much alike!
Blake is also known in our home as Terry The Terror, he's such a goof ball! He is mischievous, terrible, into everything and I love him just too much. He knows that all he needs to do after bringing my Christmas tree down or breaking my wine glasses, is to look at me and make that funky sound followed by his super loud PURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Mauricio

Elegant, soft, quiet and sweet, Mauricio is our 10 year old cat. He is in my opinion, a dog in the wrong body!

He is loyal, he's unusually humble for a cat and he's very smart!

We love him!

Becker

Huge, short tempered and beautiful Becker.

Becker is our oldest cat, he's about 12 years old and 20+ pounds....He's to me the equivalent of a football player cat!

He's the real deal, he's 100% cat, he comes when he wants, he expects respect and space and has me totally around his finger.

New backround stamps!

This set includes 4 large stamps that are a lot of fun to play with!

3 of the stamps measure aprox 2.75 x 4.75, the larger stamp measures 4 x 5.5 aprox

Mixed Media sampler

I created this sampler for a class, it has many different materials, techniques and colors.

The whole thing is created on muslin with a layer of wonder under between the pieces as well as a layer of organza.

The support is given by ribbon and wooden sticks that I painted with acrylic paint.

I had fun working on this project.

The first panel was made by having a piece of fabric paper (I made it with felt, paper, gel medium, acrylic paint, and gold leaf) as the background, then a piece of friendly plastic over a small piece of velvet and a few brads spelling the word "shine"

The second panel was a piece of silk colored with some watercolor paint, then stamped with black archival ink and the sun in the middle was done by using stencil and pebeo, once it was heated up, finished and cooled down, I rubbed some acrylic paint around it to make it more intense.

The last panel was made by using Claudine Hellmuth's Vaseline resist technique, a few acrylic paints and stamping an image with archival paint.
