At The Park

Talk about a hot day!

It was hot and humid, but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time at Fiesta Texas during August 2007.

Miss Dove

This will be the last year that Emilio attends to Casey Elementary....he has grown so much!

Emilio...he looks so much like his dad, but he is so much like me...now that might not be exactly a good thing since I tend to be oppinionated, impatient and a honestly a little bit selfish.

But....above all, he got my sense of humor...he's definitely the comediant, the actor and the center of the party.

Miss Dove is going to have her hands full with this young man in her class!

Good luck to you both!

Miss Sanchez

Eric-Eric-Eric.....he is so special, I mean all of my kids are special, but Eric is THE MIDDLE CHILD...now that has been a challenge for him and myself both!

He is a goofball, a sweetie, a caring dude, a cool dude, an impatient dude and I'm sure Miss Sanchez will experience more than she was in for when she became a teacher.

Good luck Eric...and definitely good luck Miss Sanchez!

Miss Fuentes!

Here we have Miss Tamara Fuentes, Veronica's pre-K teacher.
Luli was very-very excited to go to school, she didn't want to let go of her pink back pack and she was very comfortable on her first day at school.

First day of school 2007

This is the first time ever that my three kids go to school at the same time!...I'm sure there are other greater moments in their life but for Pete's sake this has been a day to remember in the story of my life.

It is awesome to reach the point where these little creatures one brought to this world and have been taking care of...reach a milestone of this kind...a little independance!

(the blank space was left that way for journaling)

girls just want to have fun!

This was one of the very first times we had a crop...and actually one of the very first times I attended one myself!

It was a blast!...all of us were having a very good time scrapping at sCRAFTbook Unlimited in Austin Texas...seems to me like we have a lot of creative gals over here!

Baking a cake

We decided to make a cake to eat first thing in the morning of Christmas day of 2006. Luli was very excited to be a helper and it was fun to see her little hands stirring the mix.

This is a layout that I like very much because instead of using stickers I used rubber stamps to create my own embellishments.

Emilio's getting braces

These are 2 of my favorite layouts ever, I don't know why but I just think that the whole thing came together very nicely as a composition.

He's doing good with his treatment as well.

H2O Fun

Water and more Water!

I have never been able to swim underwater...I float no matter what!...Emilio however, is a great swimmer since he was very young. These pictures were taken suring a summer that he spent in Virginia with his dad and his grandparents.

Pool Party

We all had a wonderful time at the pool party at the Martin's house during the summer of 2006.

The kids couldn't stay "dry", they stayed in that water the whole time we were there...as a matter of fact I think that this is about the only one thing my kids rather do other than eat!

She's bananas for the monkey!

When we went to Busch gardens during the summer of 2006, Luli was fascinated at all she saw and all she got to enjoy herself riding on different things all day long, but when she saw this girl sitting with a huge gorila (stuffed animal) she went crazy and wanted so bad to touch it.

I asked the girl if it was okay with her to have Luli's picture taken with the gorila, and when I took her photo, Luli softly touch that thing, hugged it, and looked at it as if it was a real gorila.

She herself is my favority monkey!
